Determination to the service of the whales

It is said that a large majority of students pursuing their learning at Saint-Laurent College are more susceptible to investigate social causes. Be it true or not, Jonathan definitely has social issues in mind, and one of the main problematic he devotes his time to is the survival of near-extinct whale species. The hunting of whales, condemned internationally, is still taking place in the waters of Japan. Belonging to the department of bioecology and witnessing this outrage, Jonathan has decided to take matter into his own hands and now tries to learn new languages, notably Japanese, aiming at being able to work directly where the slaughter is happening.

Along with his studies in the field of bioecology, he got the chance to overcome one of the most difficult class available; differential calculus. Admittedly challenged by the task, he followed by revealing his relish for solving puzzles, telling us about the vast amount of adventure videogames he enjoyed playing, most of them requiring a brain trained to find solutions in a world of logical, mathematical enigmas.

As of now, Jonathan is living in Laval, his birth town, where he works as a lifeguard. His pastimes include watching documentaries, listening to music and the reading of magazines. His passion for ecology and his obvious determination can only confirm that it is only a matter of time before he flies to a destination where his actions will have a deeper impact regarding the preservation of our precious nature.
